"I Can't Tell You Why" Diana Krall


Usually without why, I don't think that something is worth knowing.  "The unexamined life is not worth living" [Socrates] is also one of my mottoes.  But not about some things, life, love, why things fall apart, etc. simply aren't reducible to knowledge and experience.

Surprisingly, I couldn't get this song out of my head all this week.  This song "I Can't Tell You Why" was originally by the Eagles.

"Every time I try to walk away, something makes me turn around and stay.  I can't tell you why"
